Preparation & aftercare
Arrive simply.
Leave yourself room.
This guide is an invitation, not a checklist. Use the pieces that feel useful and leave the rest. Your experience does not need to look a certain way to be your own.
Before your attunement
Start with what is honest.
An intention can be a sentence, a question, or a few words. It does not need to be polished or complete.
- 01
Choose a quiet moment to complete your intention notes.
- 02
Name what feels most present without trying to solve it all at once.
- 03
Set aside a small pocket of time around the attunement window if you can.
- 04
Let the process be simple; no special ritual, object, or perfect mindset is required.
After your attunement
Integration can be quiet.
There is no need to force a meaning or a result. Give yourself permission to return to ordinary rhythms and notice what you notice.
- Read your completion note when you have a little room to be present.
- Notice what stands out, then let the rest unfold in its own time.
- Choose a grounding practice you already trust, such as journaling, a walk, or rest.
- Seek appropriate professional or crisis support for medical, mental-health, or urgent concerns.
